I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with beautiful city views from my corner king suite, thanks to the great job done by housekeeping. The room was large, comfortable, and ready upon my arrival. However, I experienced issues with payment and encountered some rudeness from staff members. The location was convenient with access to various attractions but had some unpleasant smells. Dining was average with a few disappointments in the casino offerings.
The hotel rooms are lovely, modern, and much larger than other downtown options. However, upon arrival, issues like dirty towels and unexpected items in the room were disappointing. The service, though, was outstanding, with a friendly and professional staff. The location, inside the casino for most rooms, was perfect for what we wanted, but improvements are needed to reduce smoke. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
